Workshops

Half a day, a full day, or a week, with the team that has to actually run it.

Workshops are hands-on. We map your highest-leverage workflows, prototype an AI-fit for each, and write a plan staff can run on Monday. Three formats below; one of them probably matches.

Audience 6–18 staff per session Where Onsite preferred · remote on request What you leave with Written workflow plan Travel Billed at cost for onsite engagements

The half-day is a triage. The full-day is the workshop most teams actually need. The team sprint is for organizations ready to ship something and want me with them across four weeks.

F 01   Entry

AI-Fit Audit

Half day · ~3.5 hours

A fast triage. We look at five workflows your team picked in advance, decide which (if any) deserve AI investment, and which to leave alone. You leave with the AI-fit map and a one-page brief for the board.

Investment range $4.5–8k

Best for EDs new to the question · boards asking "what's our AI strategy" · teams who've tried and failed once

F 03   Deep

Team Sprint

Four weeks · two onsite days + remote

I sit with your team across a month, with two onsite days, weekly check-ins, and shared draft documents. We prototype, test, and hand back one workflow fully shipped to production.

Investment range $22–35k

Best for 50–500-staff orgs with a clear "this one workflow is killing us" pain · sprint funded

Prices above exclude travel · for onsite engagements, travel is billed at cost.

Format 01 · agenda

AI-Fit Audit

Half day · ~3.5 hours · onsite or video

Send me five workflows your team has flagged as "maybe AI?" two weeks before. We open with what AI is actually good at right now, then walk your five, scoring each on three axes. Close with the AI-fit map for your org and a board brief.

Workflow Intensive

Full day · 9am–4pm with lunch · onsite

We pick three workflows in pre-work. The day moves them through redesign, AI prototype, and a written run-plan. The room is your team (eight to fourteen people, the ones who actually do the work). I facilitate; I don't lecture.

Pre-work is real: about four hours of your team's time across two weeks before. I'll send the worksheet.

Format 03 · timeline

Team Sprint: four weeks, one workflow, fully shipped.

Two onsite days bookend a month of weekly check-ins, shared documents, and live prototyping. By the end, the workflow runs in production and your team owns it.

Week 1

Diagnose

Onsite day 1. Map the current workflow with the team that runs it. Decide what success looks like in measurable terms. Set the scope cone.

Output Workflow map · success metric · scope brief

Week 2

Prototype

Async + two video calls. Build the AI step against your real data. Ugly working version. Test with three staff.

Output Working prototype · test notes · cost estimate

Week 3

Operate

Async + two video calls. Move from prototype to operating practice. Write SOPs. Train the people who'll run it weekly.

Output SOPs · training session recording · monitoring plan

Week 4

Hand off

Onsite day 2. Workflow runs in production with the team. I leave. Two-page handoff doc, board-ready.

Output Live workflow · handoff doc · 90-day check-in scheduled

Talk through which format fits.

Thirty-minute call. No deck, no pitch. We talk about the workflows already eating your team's time, where AI might fit, and which format makes sense, including "none of the above, here's who I'd send you to instead."
