For 50–500-staff associations & service nonprofits

Where AI fits in your work,
and where it doesn't.

I help mission-driven operations teams figure out where AI actually fits in the work you already do, and where it doesn't. Three shapes: a talk, a workshop, or embedded advisory.

Three offerings

Pick the shape that fits where you are.

Each offering composes the same underlying work — diagnose the workflow, draft the AI-fit map, hand back something staff can run. The shapes differ in who comes, how long, and what you walk away with.

01 Speaking

A keynote that won't embarrass you in front of your board.

45–60 minutes for a conference, retreat, or association annual. Audience-specific examples, no generative-AI sales pitch, no slide soup. Three named topics; abstracts on the speaking page.

02 Workshops

Half- or full-day with the team that has to actually run the work.

Hands-on. We map your three highest-leverage workflows, prototype an AI fit for each, and write a plan staff can execute on Monday. Three formats; one of them probably matches.

03 Advisory

Embedded guidance for the leader who doesn't want a vendor.

90-day sprint, six-month retainer, or fractional advisor. I sit alongside your ED or COO on the AI questions that come up weekly — not full-time, not implementation labor, not a deck.

About

Twenty years of operations work, applied to a five-year-old toolkit.

I'm Jordan. Before this brand existed, I spent two decades running operations and programs inside mission-driven organizations — the 50–500-staff kind, the ones with a board, a strategic plan that actually gets read, and a budget that has to balance.

The AI work started as a side practice in 2020 and has now shipped forty-plus projects. Most of them weren't really AI projects; they were workflow projects with an AI step in the middle. That's the whole thesis.

20+ yrs Operations & programs in mission-driven orgs.
40+ projects Shipped AI workflows since 2020. Most weren't really about the model.
